Three-day, 10-hour workshop that introduces high school seniors who plan to attend a 2 or 4-year college or university, to learn skills to navigate the first semester and first year of college. It familiarizes students with the expectations of college, provides an overview and use of college and university tools to promote success, and emphasizes autonomy and self-governance through short presentations, application, and problem-based scenarios as well as individual, paired, small, and large group activities and discussions. Returning students are welcome.

The New Student College Transition Workshop is a three-day, 10-hour workshop that introduces high school seniors who plan to attend a 2 or 4-year college or university, to obtain necessary skillsets to navigate the first semester and first year of college. It familiarizes students with the expectations of college, provides an overview and use of college and university tools to promote success, and emphasizes autonomy and self-governance through short presentations, application and problem-based scenarios as well as individual, paired, small, and large group activities and discussions.
